US is the bad guy* and China the good (i.e. normal) one - how could anyone miss to see something so obvious? And don't fool yourself by focusing on Trump when the real problem is US 1971 $-theft. Where Biden stupidly thought he could win over China, Trump knows better but wants to use all US stolen means possible - incl. extorion of "allies" and anti-China campaign - to prolong US inevitable economic and hegemonic collapse.

The top duty of the world is now to tell US to behave and settle as a normal nation among ithers - not to willfully and blindfolded support US criminal path.

* Just watch what US has done against Palestinians (tiny Israel is completely dependent on US support). Or Syria etc. around the world! Or consider US rule breaking dictatorshipin trade etc. Or how US spy on non-US citizens around the world while benefiting from all data it collects via its internet and finance monopoly.

There is no "rivalry war" or "US-China trade or tech war". There's only US constantly attacking China, a country that could be a blessing to the rest of the world if not hampered by US and its "allies" racist Sinophobia which can be traced back to the opium wars and US anti-China legislation in the 19th century!

The very fact that US now coerces its less powerful "allies" and others against China with full scale dollar and military threats/attacks, is simply because US (Trump) understands (just like Nixon 1971) that it's losing*.

* So called "experts" who think US or West could compete with China, have all missed the reality, i.e. that China's progress is unstoppable. Moreover, preciseöy because of its superiority China doesn't need to behave like US, but is instead more than open for cooperation that inevitably will benefitless superior countries. 

It's delusional to believe the West can compete with China. So decoupling from China inevitably means that both US and its "allies" will lose access to world leading technology and competence. This is caused by politicians and hits the consumers, i.e. ordinary people whose interest politicians once were supposed to fulfill but are now entangled in s.c. "defense" corporations hunger for profit.

As the anti-Maoist leader (scrutinized by 96 million meritocratic politicians) of the Chinese people's dictatorship, Xi is as far from a Trump/Starmer/Macron type of authoritarian dictator* one can get. Moreover, of China's Congress with 2,296 delegates 27% are women compared to e.g. Japan's 15.7%. The delegates represent China's 96 million active politicians. Women make up some 28% of all members of US Congress (153 of 540 voting and nonvoting members of Congress).

* Both Macron and Starmer lead their countries against the will of the people. France has also used lawfare to eliminate the most popular presidential candidate, and Keir Starmer became a dictator for at least five years without democratic support from the people, thanks to a deeply undemocratic system with which Labour got a qualified majority with only 33% of active voters whom he then even cheated by ruling opposite the will of the voters. And instead of supporting the weak in UK he instead supportsd the US arms industry.

Obama's 2013 threat to place US nukes in Sevastopol started it all. However, Crimea wasn't "occupied" by Russia but asked to be freed from a bullying Ukrainian leadership and overwhelmingly stated in both a US made survey/poll as well as a Russian arranged referendum that it wanted to be annexed to Russia, which was approved in early 2014 - but disapproved by the West. 

US deliberately wanted to stop peaceful cooperation between Russia and the rest of Europe - this is why Biden promised to stop Nord Stream.

 However, US then, also in 2014, imposed sanctions on Russia and arranged a coup d'état and military escalation in Ukraine which started the still ongoing Ukrainian civil war. Further Western military escalation led to the Russian invasion 2022. Now EU and UK plan even more military escalation, i.e. throwing petrol on an already existing fire! UK's unelected leadership thinks it couöd enhance UK's footprint and economic growth on the only branch it could do so without cooperating with China. After all, s.c. "defense" spending is outside consumer scrutiny.

Peter Klevius: Instead of a lasting peace in Ukraine, EU* and UK* want a lasting war. Why? Because both are broke and see arms as growth.
